⏱️ Hours and Minutes Calculator – Between Two Dates

This calculator allows you to accurately measure the time difference between two full date-time combinations. Ideal for time tracking, project estimation, and time span analysis across multiple days.

Use this mode when you want to calculate the total hours/minutes between:

  • Two different calendar dates
  • Start time and end time on each of those dates

1. Start Date​

  • Pick the starting calendar date
  • Format: MM/DD/YYYY
  • Example: 01/18/2023

2. End Date​

  • Select the ending calendar date
  • Format: MM/DD/YYYY
  • Example: 01/21/2023

3. Start Time​

  • Enter the exact time the count should begin on the Start Date
  • Format: HH:MM
  • Example: 11:20 AM

4. End Time​

  • Enter the exact time the count should stop on the End Date
  • Format: HH:MM
  • Example: 03:35 PM or 15:35

If you work from 11:20 AM on January 18, 2023, until 3:35 PM on January 21, 2023, the calculator will return:
